Austrian regulator investigates SMP for new MVNOs

The Austrian telecommunications commission TKK has launched a procedure to investigate if UPC Austria as MVNO has significant market power and needs to be regulated with regards to mobile termination fees. The procedure also covers other new MVNO entrants that are expected to launch in 2015.
