Austrian regulator published report on network neutrality

Austrian regulatory authority RTR has published a report on network neutrality, summing up the development over the past twelve months. The EU's Telecoms Single Market regulation of November 2015 has authorised national regulators to assess compliance with the network neutrality principles. Starting in 2017, the regulators must report annually on the network neutrality. In line with the requirement, RTR publishes such a report for the first time.
