Austrian regulator sets rates for telco access to properties

For example, to build indoor infrastructure in private or public properties, the fee is between EUR 254 in the state of Burgerland and EUR 334 per square meter in Vorarlberg. To install small antennas in buildings, the standard one-off fee is between EUR 635 in Burgerland and EUR 735 in Vienna, while to install small antennas on public properties, the one-off fee is between EUR 159 in Burgerland and EUR 184 in Vienna.
