Austrian supreme court refers Noyb case against Facebook to EU court

The Austrian Supreme Court has referred the case against Facebook brought by the privacy rights group Noyb to the EU Court of Justice for an opinion on several questions. This follows a request from Max Schrems, the founder of Noyb, to get the EU court's input on four issues, before a ruling is taken in the long-running civil case over privacy on the social network.
