Avast's CFO Marshall steps down

Cyber-security company Avast announces that Philip Marshall is stepping down as CFO and as a Director due to personal reasons. Marshall will remain with the business to assist in an orderly handover and as an advisor until the close of the previously announced merger with NortonLifeLock. He is succeeded by Stuart Simpson as Interim CFO and Executive Director with immediate effect.
