Avaya Communications products picked by Emergencias

Avaya announced that Argentinian health services provider Emergencias implemented a new Avaya IX Contact Center to accelerate its digital transformation ensuring communications with users. Avaya IX Contact Center will also help the company reorganise its communications infrastructure, improve its customer service processes and better position itself in a highly competitive healthcare services market. Avaya said it will showcase its full portfolio of communications and collaboration products at the Avaya Engage Latin America event on 30 May at the Banamex Convention Center in Mexico City.
