Avaya quarterly sales better than expected

Thursday 20 October 2016 | 15:04 CET | News
Avaya announced preliminary results for fourth fiscal quarter ended 30 September showing revenue in the range of USD 945-955 million, much better than its guidance of USD 860-890 million but still down from USD 1.008 billion a year earlier. The company said the revenue reflect year-over-year growth in Contact Center and Networking products, and Cloud & Managed Services and sequential growth in Unified Communications products. The adjusted gross margin is expected at 61-62 percent, compared to 62.0 percent a year ago, and EBITDA is expected to grow to USD 270-280 million from USD 246 million
