Aviat declares 2-for-1 stock split

Aviat Networks, which moved back to a profit in its quarter to end-December, has declared a two-for-one stock split in the form of a stock dividend, to make its shares more accessible to a broader base of investors. Under the transaction, each Aviat stockholder will receive one additional share for each-held stock.
