Azerbaijan e-signature user base expands 27% in 2017

Azerbaijan users of electronic signature services grew by 26.6 percent in 2017, reports Trend citing a statement from the Ministry of ICT and High Technologies. The user base grew by 26,688 to a total of 126,726.
