Azerion acquires Strossle International to boost position in Nordic and CEE markets

Netherlands-based digital gaming and monetisation technology provider Azerion said it has acquired Swedish content discovery platform supplier Strossle International. The acquisition aims to strengthen Azerion's position in Nordic and Central and Eastern European countries (CEE). It follows the purchases of Swedish programmatic advertising company Delta Projects and German gaming firm WHOW Games over the past two weeks, both funded by the proceeds of Azerion's EUR 200 million bond issue on Nasdaq Stockholm in April.
