AzerTelecom, China Telecom sign data traffic agreement

Azerbaijan backbone internet operator AzerTelecom, a subsidiary of mobile operator Bakcell, has signed a memorandum on understanding (MoU) with China Telecom, reports Trend. The parties plan to cooperate under the framework of the Azerbaijan Digital HUB programme.
