B2X partners with Mi India on customer care

German customer care provider B2X has signed on to offer customer care services for smartphone manufacturer Mi India, an entity of Xiaomi. B2X has rolled out its service offering to 31 walk-in service centres across India, based on its B2X Smartbar product. The Smartbar is an in-store installation where representatives can offer service and support to customers face-to-face.
