Baidu, TCL unveil smartphone in China

Chinese search engine Baidu and consumer electronics maker TCL are launching the TCL smartphone S710, reports China Tech News. The smartphone has a 1GHz dual-core A9 processor and the Baidu cloud platform based on Android 4.0. Other features include a 4.3-inch IPS capacitive touch screen, front and rear cameras, SRS surround stereo sound, and DLNA audio and video wireless transmission. The product will be available to consumers in China on 10 September. The TCL S710 will be available in black, white and pink colours.
