Bakcell launches LTE services in Northern Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan mobile operator Bakcell has started providing LTE services in the Northern part of the country. New LTE base stations have been built in the towns of Guba, Gusar, Khachmas, Siazan and Shabran. The networks cover the downtown areas.
