Base extends cooperation with Persgroep, Roularta

Publishers De Persgroep and Roularta plan to offer MVNO services in Belgium via KPN unit Base, Adformatie reported. The parties already work together with the prepaid mobile brand JIM Mobile. KPN would have a 50 percent share in the new concern, with Persgroep and Roularta each holding 25 percent each. The owners plan to roll services out in the fall.
