Batelco deploys Avaya services for Bahrain ministry

Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has teamed up with Batelco and Avaya to upgrade its communications and collaboration capabilities, with an ICT implementation to connect all the ministry's employees around the world. It worked with Avaya to overhaul its public services by integrating and digitising its communications through a two-phase project. With no interruption to services in the first phase, Batelco's professionals on the ground and the ministry's IT team deployed the latest Avaya services, linking all regional offices and the ministry in Manama.
