Bavaria Industries Group to take over Slovenia's Iskratel - report

Wednesday 28 November 2018 | 15:39 CET | News
German fund Bavaria Industries Group is the likely buyer of Slovenian telecommunications equipment manufacturer Iskratel, reports Siol.net. Iskratel was owned by Siemens until 2009, and was then taken over by managers and workers. The director of the company Zeljko Puljic confirmed the unofficial news of the sale of the company, but did not want to say whether the buyer was indeed the Bavaria Industries Group or whether negotiations are ongoing with some other parties.
