Monday 16 February 2015 | 09:17 CET | News
Popular BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe will leave the network after 11 years to join Apple's new iTunes service, reports the Telegraph. iTunes is rumoured to be preparing a streaming service around Dr Dre's Beats Music, which it bought last year. The 41 year-old New Zealander will present his last show on the BBC on 5 March. Lowe, who has also worked as a music producer and film soundtrack curator, was on MTV before joining the BBC.
