BBC makes content, services more personalised

Sunday 2 October 2016 | 21:42 CET | News
The BBC has announced the next phase of plans to make content, services and products more personalised and tailored for viewers and listeners. Since 2015, more than 7 million people have signed into the BBC or registered for a BBC account to get a more personalised experience. This is now being supported by the roll-out of a new sign-in system which is more robust and secure. The second phase will follow in early-2017 when all viewers and listeners will be asked to sign in to BBC iPlayer, BBC iPlayer Radio and some of its mobile apps.
