BBC plans for no-deal Brexit, talks with Irish, Dutch authorities - report

UK public service broadcaster the BBC is in talks with Dutch and Irish authorities to secure licences to allow it continue broadcasting across the EU if the UK leaves without a deal, reports the Irish Times.
