BBC publishes list of removed links

Monday 29 June 2015 | 12:57 CET | News
The BBC has published a list of links removed from Google's search results following the European Court of Justice's 'right to be forgotten' ruling in 2014. In a blog posting, the BBC said it had decided to make clear to licence fee payers which pages have been removed from Google's search results by publishing the list of links. The list will be republished each month with the new removals added at the top. The BBC articles included are only delisted from results for queries on certain names, and are not completely removed from the Google index.
