BBC working to fix problems with online services

BBC services including iPlayer are being affected by technical problems, which began on Saturday 19 July, reports BBC News. Some online users reported receiving error messages when trying to access pages. The problems have affected other online material. The BBC press office said it was working to fix a problem which was stopping some people from accessing certain parts of BBC online.

No one I have contacted from around the country has been able to access "CLICK" its a big issue over the entire country!

the bbc is trivializing this catastrophic failure with its use of "some people" and "certain parts".
