BBC World Service announces new mobile app for low-cost news access

BBC World Service English has launched a new app, developed in partnership with Zeno Media, for accessing news and radio programmes in areas where mobile data is expensive or where there is limited internet coverage. US-based Zeno Media develops targeted, in-language phone services and apps for broadcasters.
