Be-Mobile acquires traffic information company Mediamobile

Belgian mobility-as-a-service provider Be-Mobile announced that it has acquired all of the share capital of French-based traffic information company Mediamobile, in which infrastructure operator TDF had a 71.2 percent stake. Majority-owned by Proximus, Be-Mobile provides a range of smart mobility services to public authorities, road operators and car manufacturers, such as traffic flow monitoring and toll collection. The acquisition was fully financed with its own resources, said the company.
