Beeline covers 70% of Russian regions by LTE

Russian mobile operator Vimpelcom, working under the Beeline brand, said that it raised its number of LTE base stations by 50 percent across the country in 2015. It said 4G services were launched in eleven regions and that it now provides the services in 246 cities and towns in 58 regions, in around 70 percent of regions across the country. Beeline concluded cooperation agreements on LTE network development and operation with providers MTS and Megafon.
