Beeline revenues down 3% in Q3

Operating revenues of Russian operator Vimpelcom, working under the Beeline brand, declined by 3 percent year-on-year to RUB 73.082 billion in the third quarter. Mobile revenues fell 5 percent to RUB 57.810 billion, hurt by the measures taken to eliminate unrequested services from content providers to Beeline customers. EBITDA dropped by 7 percent to RUB 29.878 billion, and the EBITDA margin decreased by 1.7 percentage points to 40.9 percent. Capital expenditure grew by 17 percent year-on-year to RUB 15.147 billion. The mobile subscriber base dropped by 1 percent from a year ago to 57.3
