Beeline Russia revenues up, EBITDA down in Q1

Revenues of Russian operator Beeline, controlled by the Veon Group, amounted to RUB 68.4 billion in the first quarter of this year, up by 1.4 percent year-on-year. The B2B segment was the growth driver, with revenues up 10.9 percent to RUB 15.3 billion, while consumer revenue was still down 2.1 percent to RUB 49.9 billion. Group EBITDA fell 4.8 percent to RUB 26.8 billion, and the EBITDA margin totaled 29.2 percent, down by 2.5 percentage points.
