Belarus plans to cooperate with China on online security

Belarus plans to expand the scope of its cooperation with China significantly to improve protection of its national cyberspace, reports Belta citing Alexander Lukashenko, the Belarusian President. Lukashenko announced that he plans to discuss the issue with Chinese leaders soon. The aim of the cooperation is to protect Belarus' databases, telecommunications links and state secrets from foreign interference. Cooperation with other partners is also possible.
