Belarus to introduce state control over IP telephony

Belarus plans to introduce state control of IP telephony services from 18 September, reports Providers.by. Operators and ISPs will be obliged to identify IP telephony traffic and to block it in cases of violation of regulations on traffic transfer. Registering all software and hardware used for IP telephony will become mandatory.
