Belgacom appoints Williame as CEO of Tango

Belgacom's affiliate operator in Luxembourg, Tango, has appointed Jean-Francois Williame as CEO, effective 3 April. He succeeds Didier Rouma, who has left the company after running it for more than 15 years since its launch. Williame studied and worked in Belgium in a career that saw him join Belgacom as its legal director in 2000. He was director of strategy and business development at BICS from 2003 to 2005, then M&Q director in 2005-2007. Since then Williame has been group vice president of for carrier and wholesale.
