Belgian operators call for level playing field

The Belgian telecom sector needs a level playing field and more predictable regulatory environment, according to a joint statement by the largest operators. Belgacom, Telenet, Mobistar, Base and Voo announced their vision at a press conference, where they presented a report commissioned from Arthur D. Little on the state of play in the market. Based on the report, the operators called for all levels of government to do more to ensure a reliable  partner for the sector. The communications minister Alexander De Croo attended the press conference and pledged to start talks with other government
