Belgian regulator provides guidelines for reopening telecom shops

Belgian regulator BIPT has officially designated telecom firms as "essential" services, and provided more guidelines on its rules allowing shops to reopen. Under the ministerial decree of 23 March, aimed at containing the coronavirus outbreak, all non-essential stores in Belgium, and these included telecom shops, were ordered to close and remain closed. The new ministerial decree of 3 April will now allow some telecom stores to reopen, under strict conditions.
