Belgian wholesale cable regulation delayed again

Belgium's audiovisual council has delayed again a vote on the regulations opening up cable networks to other service providers. The CSA was expected to vote 12 November on the proposal from telecoms regulator BIPT on the prices for wholesale cable access. This was the final step before sending the regulation to the European Commission for comment. However, a member of the CSA told the paper L'Echo that the council was unable to respond to all of the questions presented at the meeting. Around half were dealt with at the meeting, but many were more complicated, dealing with issues of pricing
