Bell Canada issues CAD 1 bln MTN debentures in two series

Bell Canada is issuing public offering of CAD 1 billion of MTN debentures in two series pursuant to its medium term notes (MTN) programme. The CAD 400 million 3.50 percent MTN debentures, series M-28, will mature on 10 September 2018. This batch of debentures will be issued at a price of CAD 99.941 per CAD 100 principal amount for a yield to the investor of 3.513 percent per annum compounded semi-annually. The CAD 600 million 4.70 percent MTN debentures, series M-29, will mature on 11 September 2023. These will be issued at a price of CAD 99.897 per CAD 100 principal amount for a yield to the
