Benin negotiates construction of western loop with Axian and Bouygues

Benin is negotiating the construction of the western loop of the national optical fibre network with Axian and Bouygues Energies & Services, reports Ecofin. The infrastructure comes under Phase 2 of projet de developpement des infrastructures de telecommunications et des TIC (PDI2T) and will complement the existing optical fibre network.
