Berec issues guidelines for net neutrality

European telecoms agency Berec has issued guidelines for maintaining net neutrality. These encourage national regulators to ensure effective transparency among service providers, giving consumers the necessary information to assess services. The guidelines were subject to consultation with stakeholders earlier this autumn. The report on the consultation elicited approximately 80 responses, which will be published on Berec's website alongside the guidelines.
