Berec publishes study on net neutrality rules in Chile, India, US

The EU's telecommunications regulator Berec has announced the publication of a study conducted by Analysys Mason on the approach taken by national regulators in selected non-European benchmark countries (Chile, India and the US) to address net-neutrality issues. The report shows that Quality of Service (QoS) clearly has an impact on net neutrality but the regulators in question have chosen to rely on a range of different methods to monitor the effectiveness of net neutrality measures.
