Berec releases technical analysis of EC reform proposals

EU telecoms regulator Berec has published a more detailed analysis of the European Commission's proposals for reforming regulation in the sector. The assembly of national telecom regulators published a series of technical reports on 12 subjects, ranging from non-competitive oligopolies to a response on the draft report from the ITRE committee in the European Parliament on the proposed reforms.
