Berec starts new consultations on implementing EECC

The EU regulator Berec has launched a number of new consultations, following its latest meeting. These include minimum criteria for wholesale reference offers, as well as guidelines for implementing elements of the new European Electronic Communications Code, such as the power to impose new obligations for building access and a common form for registering new service providers.
