Berec submits response to EC consultation on net neutrality

The European regulatory organisation Berec (Body of European regulators for electronic communications), whose work on net neutrality is headed by Norwegian regulator NPT, has submitted its response to the European Commission's consultation on net neutrality. Berec has, for some time, been discussing the openness of the internet in general and network neutrality in particular. The European Commission will now receive input from Berec concerning the European telecom regulators' joint assessment of the net neutrality situation in Europe today.
