Berec updates net neutrality guidelines, allows for Covid-19 tracing apps

The EU's telecoms regulator Berec has published its updated guidelines on enforcing the net neutrality regulation. This follows an industry consultation last year. Berec also published guidance on Covid-19 tracing apps and how authorities can encourage take-up of the apps without violating the net neutrality rules.
