Best Buy keeps FY guidance despite better-than-expected Q1, citing uncertainties around China tariffs

For the quarter, enterprise revenues went higher to USD 9.142 billion from 9.109 billion the year before, with domestic revenues up a bit to USD 8.481 billion 8.412 billion and international revenues off at USD 661 million from 697 million. Domestic sales were driven by appliances, wearables and tablets, partially offsetting declines in the entertainment category. At international, the decline was attributed to forex effects and lower sales in Canada. On a comparables sales basis, enterprise revenue growth slowed to 1.1 percent, from 7.1 percent the year earlier. The net profit meanwhile
