Betterware acquires Mexican MVNO GuruComm

Mexican direct-to-consumer household products specialist Betterware de Mexico has announced the acquisition of a 60 percent stake in local MVNO and communications software developer GuruComm for MXN 45 million. GuruComm was the first MVNO to launch services via the country's 'Red Compartida' wholesale 4G shared network back in 2018. The acquisition values the operator at MXN 75 million (around USD 3.5 million).
