BICS joins Smart Africa Alliance to implement free roaming initiative on continent

The organisation's 'One Africa Network' (OAN) project was established to improve the integration of communities and businesses across the African continent. The project advocates free movement of people and ideas, boosting trade and fostering intracontinental growth. This will be enabled through affordable voice and data roaming rates and cross-border mobile payments.
