The bidding process for rights to broadcast German Bundesliga football matches is entering its final phase, reports Reuters. After receiving binding offers for licences, the German Football Association (DFL) began the second auction round on 10 April, two unnamed sources close to the auction process told Reuters. The final round has a rule that bidders must lay as much money as possible on the table. The highest bidder will automatically win the rights when the second highest bid is more than 20 percent low
