BIPT closes investigation into Proximus network failure in January

Belgian regulator BIPT has closed the infringement procedure initiated against Proximus following the operator's network failure of 7 and 8 January, and the associated impact on emergency services. After an investigation, BIPT established that there was no clear indication the company broke any regulations.
