BIPT questions zero-rating apps on small data bundles

Belgian regulator BIPT has published an overview of zero-rated mobile data offers on the market. This is part of its enforcement of the EU's net neutrality regulations. The regulator noted that the list should be considered informative, rather than any official decision.
