Bizway acquires Internet Unie customers

Tuesday 15 May 2018 | 11:03 CET | News

Bizway, part of the Intermax Group, is taking over the customers of Internet Unie, a supplier of hosting services in Amsterdam and part of Switch Datacenters. As part of the deal, Bizway is starting a long-term cooperation with Switch to take data centre space. The sale follows a decision by Switch to focus exclusively on its data centre activities.

Gregor Snip, MD at Switch Datacenters, said the sale will allow the company to concentrate on the design, construction and leasing of data centres, while hosting customers will continue to receive quality services through Bizway.

Bizway became part of Intermax Group in February. The takeover will see its customer base increase by 40 percent.
