BnA submits VDSL vectoring proposals to EU for approval

Germany's Federal Network Agency (BnA) has submitted its proposals for the launch of vectoring technology on the Deutsche Telekom network to the EU Commission and regulatory bodies of other member states for approval. It has made several additions to the decision published in April, including the creation of a so-called vectoring list to ensure fair competition between Telekom and its rival in the roll-out of VDSL networks.
