Board members confirmed for merged T-Mobile USA, MetroPCS

Deutsche Telekom has confirmed appointments for the supervisory board of the company to be formed by the merger of T-Mobile USA and MetroPCS. Deutsche Telekom Group CFO Timotheus Hoettges will become chairman of the supervisory board, with Deutsche Telekom CEO Rene Obermann also sitting on the board. Following the merger of T-Mobile USA and MetroPCS, the new company's supervisory board will consist of 11 members, including T-Mobile USA CEO John Legere, Thorsten Langheim (Head of Merger & Acquisitions for Deutsche Telekom), and Raphael Kuebler (Group Controlling for Deutsche Telekom).
